6th song of the 20/20 project…
Hi Folks
Thanks for your comments on the previous songs. This week I’ve done a video again for you from my ’secret lab’ and I’ll apologise in advance for the groggy ‘Saturday morning voice’ quality of the vocals!
Anyway, it’s inspired by some of the words from Romans 8 - let me know if you think it needs a second verse, is it reasonably singable? does the theme make sense? or any other constructive observations that might improve it when it comes to the re-writing stage.

This song’s AWESOME, Andy! It’s my favorite one yet! Makes me want to sing and shout! It is a catchy tune and one that I want to join in singing! Keep up the great work! I can see this one being sung by church bodies all over the world! Thanks!

I like this song bunches. It is very very singable. I love the tune. I also can see this song sung in churchs all over. This song is also my fav. This song does not need another verse. It’s great as is.

This song and Your Name is a Refuge have resonated most strongly within me (although I have appreciated each song). It doesn’t feel like it needs a second verse - the message is communicated quite plainly. It feels like an antidote to much in this world right now. Your work before God is honouring to Him (and edifying for others). Thank you.

Very catchy tune and great message. I disagree with the others I think it needs another verse. we are living today in anticipating but wouldn’t it be great to add a verse about when faith becomes sight. The anticipation is gone and we are in His presence.

Sorry this blog is a week late Andy.
This is my favourite song so far. I can hear it now with full band with everyone singing during a time of complete worship.

I felt initially that this song was a little ‘distant’, that you maybe didn’t have an emotional connection to what you were singing about - maybe the notion of ‘all of creation’ rather than you personally gave me this impression. Nothing wrong with that, of course. Most modern worship songs are routinely slaughtered by critics for their subjectivity.
However, when I heard you sing about ’signs and wonders’ and what a time it was to be alive, this was when the song really came alive for me and made me feel that you were actually reflecting on things that were happening at the moment with church and the other things with which you are associated and I found that quite moving.
I could imagine Mildred on the accordion on this.

I love this song-it’s stuck in my head and I’ve been humming it all day. Definitely one that will work in church-thank you!

This tune is very similar to one of the first ones actually - I love the song lyrics to this one!

I love the song. I love the sense of adventure and awe and wonder it pictures for us as we live for Christ in “these days”! It made me go back and reread Romans 8 also! Thank you for allowing me the honor of being a part of the pre-writing process. As I mentioned in the reply to the bulletin, it is an honor that you would take such a risk with those of us who comment. I am grateful that you asked.
