Ski-ing in Ireland vs Ski-ing in the Alps…
A few days ago we had snow here in Northern Ireland. When I say snow it came and went in 24 hours!
But hey, you’ve got to seize the day and take advantage of it and that can only mean one thing…
Go skiing, even if you haven’t got any mountains!

That is hilarious! In Klaipeda (that’s in Lithuania, north of Poland, for those of you who might not know it) we also had some snow for about 48 hours. For some dumb reason I did not go either skying or sledding. No mountains here either.
In Vilnius they still have snow. Maybe I ought to move there.
We went to visit our friends last night. They got back from skying in Slovakia. What a wonderful place for tourists. Beer is cheaper then mineral water!
Aside from that, it seems that they had a wonderful time as a family (four kids in total, and three of them actually went to Slovakia).
